Pleasant hotel, I loved its handy location.

Spent here 1 enjoyable day and would stay here again. The full English breakfast was offered with juice and jams, for instance. Location : the hotel was just next door to a taxi, from the airport and Liverpool Hope University.

Charming looking and pleasant place, I enjoyed to be here.

The property was clean with pretty friendly staff. The rooms they have were new-fashioned and stylish with comfy bed as well as 2 TVs. The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to the aiport.

Consider asking for extra toilet paper upon check-in to avoid any late-night inconveniences.

Cozy room, helpful host, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep and a modern bathroom with a shower unit, made morning routines effortless. Plus, the convenient location, just 1 km from the airport, made getting to my early flight easy.

We enjoyed visiting the nearby park and grabbing dinner at a local restaurant. Offering clean rooms and a cozy atmosphere. Perfect for relaxation after a day out. Would definitely recommend staying here again!

We did face a little confusion with our breakfast timing, as it took longer than expected. But it wasn't a huge issue, just a minor inconvenience.

Not much in terms of nearby dining options!!! The local carvery is a long walk and definitely not worth it!!! WiFi could be faster, as it was quite slow !!!

I found Gateway Lodge to be a perfect spot for travelers. The location is fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from the airport. The welcome was warm, and I appreciated the tea and coffee offered upon arrival. My room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep before my early flight. The en-suite bathroom was tidy and well-stocked with toiletries. I really enjoyed the relaxing vibe throughout the guest house. The dining options are quite limited. They don't offer evening meals, but they do allow take-out. It would have been great to have an on-site dining option. While breakfast was offered at a reasonable price, it isn't included in the room rate, so plan accordingly. Despite these minor inconveniences, this guest house was great. I would certainly consider returning for another overnighter close to the airport.

This place is a lil gem! Our room was clean, quiet and super comfy. Jimmy the host was amazing n really helped us out. Close to the airport n easy to get to the city, perfect for us! Def coming back for sure!

Perfect stay for travelers

So I just stayed at this lodge near the airport. First, I was welcomed by a fantastic host Joan, she made everything so easy. Plus, the room was super clean and I had all the tea and coffee I needed, a nice touch for an early morning flight. I left my car there while away, it felt safe and secure.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but honestly, worth every penny.
